Silchester, UK – Wall saw manufacturer Zapkut is actively seeking dealers around the world to market its range of vertical panel saws.

Zapkut products generally are targeted at smaller businesses requiring hard-wearing panel saws for cutting timber, plastics, non-ferrous metals and composite materials.

The Portable Range

The Zapkut ZK portable vertical panel-saws, when not in use, fold up into a compact size for transport and storage. The ZK range is available in two sizes: The ZK8 catering for sheets of up to 8 x 4 ft (2.44 x 1.22m) and the ZK10 sheets of up to 10 x 5 ft (3.25 x 1.625m).

ZK three-legged design offers stability on most indoor and outdoor surfaces and are compatible with a range of circular saws.

The Moving-Column Range

The Zapkut ZM range of moving‑column vertical panel saws come in three models: The ZM12 handles sheets of up to 8 x 4 ft (2.5 x 1.25m); the ZM16 sheets of up to 10 x 5 ft (3.1 x 1.6m), and the ZM21 sheets sized up to approximately 10 x 7 ft (3.1 x 2.1m).

The moving-column design does not require the workpiece to move once it is positioned on the machine, making the machines suitable for use in smaller workshops, or in the back of vans as mobile cutting platforms. The moving-column design also offers safety advantages.
