ProCAB QC is a Windows’s application that is part of a quality control measuring solution for documenting the dimensional quality of fabricated or purchased parts such as cabinet doors.

ProCAB QC Software provides a method to import existing data representing production orders, or shipments received, and to measure and document the height and width dimensions of the parts. ProCAB QC allows random simultaneous height & width measurements of parts, automatically finds the part being measured in the open order file, applies user defined measurement tolerances to accept or reject the part, records the measurement information and optionally creates a packing slip on order completion. This feature set allows a production facility to provide parts with documented dimensional quality results. And, for companies that purchase parts, it offers an incoming quality inspection methodology where 100 percent part inspection is possible using unskilled operators who can make measurements without regard to the sequence in which parts are listed on an order. www.proscale.com
