Integrated Tool Design
Vortex Tool Company Inc. offers a wide variety of tooling options featuring its integrated tool design that combines the tool body and tool holder into one unit. Tool design makes running larger profiles much safer, and tool performance is enhanced because these units are much stronger as the traditional shank-to-collet connection is eliminated. In addition, the integrated design allows the work envelope to be much closer to the end of the spindle which greatly improves stability, reduces deflection, and creates more Z axis height.
